ABOUT EACH CLASS

Kore is rooted in pilates and functional science. It strengthens, tones and elongates the body. You should feel free and open, but worked instead of cramped up and shortened. Quality over quantity is key, to execute the movement with precision and focus.  Not only the muscles but the whole body should be engaged, in every aspect! It’s about creating the connection between mind and body.

 
 

KORE - Tone

the Tone classes have a strong focus on dynamic, aligned and functional movement; that challenges your balance, control, core and strength.
the class builds upon pilates principles so that you train the body in a safe way. it’s an interesting and ever changing, dynamic to train the body substantially and keep your muscles guessing.

With the use of multiple planes of motion, you are able to target small muscle groups - especially around the butt, hips, thighs, stomach, lower back and arms.

the class fuses a beautiful combination of movement preparation, functional training, pilates and stretching.

Levels

First base
Perfect for those who take things slower or for those who just started. With a slower paced class, it allows you more time with the moves and you are able to get the basics right before taking it up a notch. But that doesn't mean it's easier. It will set you up for better results in the long haul.

Second base
Once you got the movements in your body and are confident with the basics, this is the class for you.

I would recommend to take five first base classes before progressing to second. It is important you master the technique before progressing onto the next level.

 
 
 

KORE - cardio+tone

the Cardio + Tone classes are a blend of the sculpting elements of the signature Tone classes and the elements of dance/kickbox, to elevate your heart rate in a fun and easy way.

Whilst doing cardio, you also use a lot of different small muscles due to the full range of motion and use of space, instead of doing a repetitive movement pattern (such as running). With the coordination, the release and need to be present in the way you move (engage the mind), you’ll get the chance to get rid of any stress you may be holding on to.

 
 
 

KORe - take ten

Everybody should get the chance to chill out and relax all the way. This class focuses on the stretch, on flow and on the release of tightness within the body.
