to the base is a collection of my approach to movement, nutrition and all things about wellbeing. It’s about the whole experience, not just the 'muscles' or body.
Because, after all, it is all connected - the muscles, mind, nutrients, skin, fibers, thoughts (+ the surroundings), which all has a important part in wellness and feeling good. I want to give you my personal fundamentals and musings, for body and mind, in one place. Personally I don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach, so I encourage you to tune in and go what works for you. We grow, learn, change every step of the way.
